Privacy at tahtasi
tahtasi is a MUZDOLABI product for working together in organizations. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].
Information used by the service
We store account details such as your name and email, organization memberships, and the tasks, notes, calendar entries, comments and files you or your colleagues add. We use this information to provide the service and apply your organization's access permissions.
Signing in with Google
Google sign-in is optional. With your consent, Google provides your account identifier, name, email, email verification status and basic profile information. We use these to authenticate you and connect Google to your existing verified account, or create an account when registration is open.
This sign-in requests only OpenID, email and profile access. It does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or Google Calendar. Google sign-in tokens are stored on the server; access and refresh tokens are encrypted. Your Google password is never sent to tahtasi.
You can revoke Google access in your Google Account connections. Revoking Google access does not by itself delete your tahtasi account or organization records. You can end active tahtasi sessions from your account settings.
Cookies, security and service providers
Authentication cookies keep you signed in and protect sign-in requests. If you choose to trust a device for two-factor authentication, a cookie remembers that choice. Security and diagnostic records may include your IP address, browser details and information about errors.
Hosting, network protection, email delivery, live updates and error monitoring providers process information needed to operate those features. Organization content is available to people with the relevant permissions in tahtasi.
Your information
Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information. Include the email you use for tahtasi so we can verify the request. Shared organization records and backup copies are handled separately from your sign-in account; contact us about the scope of a removal request.
